Forklift Operator – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Openings

Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently moving products and supplies throughout distribution areas. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting quality standards, and ensuring timely shipment of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload product in accordance with customer/vendor orders.
Support Quality Assurance programs to ensure production of safe, quality foods.
Use inventory tracking software to source, receive, and record product movement.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety policies, and company procedures.
Consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Occasionally lift 70lbs.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to operate forklifts; certification provided if needed.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to read and follow directions, safety rules, and operating procedures.
Comfortable with physical activity, including twisting, lifting, and sitting/standing for an 8-hour shift.
