About the role
We are looking for a Manager, Financial Projects for one of our clients which is a leading multinational industrial construction services company focused on electrical and instrumentation services. This is a fast-track opportunity for financial professionals with expertise in insurance and project management to lead complex financial projects and drive strategic impact.
What will you do:
- Lead ERP accounting implementations and enhancements.
- Conduct due diligence and oversee financial integration for acquisitions.
- Assess and optimize existing accounting processes.
- Manage renewal and interface of corporate casualty, property, and excess insurance programs.
- Provide training on new accounting controls and processes.
- Support finance and accounting with ad hoc projects and needs.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in financial management and project leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting expertise.
- Proven success managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Experience with insurance programs, especially Casualty, Property, and Excess coverage.
