Ligori & Ligori is seeking an experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to join our powerhouse team in Tampa. We represent clients through some of life’s most difficult challenges — divorce, custody disputes, alimony, child support, and more — and we need a litigator who can step into the courtroom with confidence and skill.

The ideal candidate is trial-ready, strategic, and compassionate — able to advocate fiercely for clients while navigating the emotional and legal complexities of Family Law. An existing book of business is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base/Draw Pay: $100,000 annually.
• Commission: Performance-based (earning potential $400K+).
  (Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.)
• Life Insurance: $50,000 policy fully paid by the firm.
• Paid Time Off:
  • 1 week after 6 months
  • 2 weeks after 1 year
  • 3 weeks after 2 years
  • 6 personal/sick days + 6 federal holidays annually.
• Health Coverage:
  • 4 plan options (including HSA).
  • 100% firm-paid health, dental & vision (basic plan).
  • Benefits begin 1st of the month after 30 days.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in Family Law (divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modifications, relocations, injunctions, etc.).
• Proven trial and courtroom experience, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure.
• Ability to balance compassion for clients with tenacity in litigation.
• Existing book of business (preferred).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
