Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal representation in family law cases from inception to trial
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to meet clients' individual needs, offering advice on legal options, and acting as the main liaison between the firm and clients
  • Advocate for clients in various legal proceedings such as mediations, depositions, trials, and hearings related to family law matters
  • Get clients, experts, and witnesses ready for legal proceedings through consultations and necessary preparations to ensure optimal representation
Qualifications:
  • To be considered for this role as a Family Law Attorney in Bryan, TX, US, the applicant must hold an active Texas law license and maintain good standing with the Texas Bar Association
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law
  • A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is a mandatory requirement for this position
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and electronic legal research platforms is essential
