Executive Leadership Coach/Mentor - Flexible, Remote

About You

You’re someone who believes that true growth starts from within—and you’re dedicated to helping others unlock their best selves. With a background in coaching, mentoring or leadership

Your coaching style is client centered. You know how to break down big goals into manageable steps helping team members to cultivate a positive mindset. You’re skilled at listening to clients and help them feel empowered to explore new perspectives and make lasting changes.

You have at least 5 years of experience in coaching, training, or leadership. You’re comfortable leading and working one-on-one and are happy to work autonomously.

Responsibilities Include
Implement strategic recruitment initiatives to identify top talent

  • Conduct professional interviews using structured scripts and digital platforms
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing to generate high-quality leads
  • Guide candidates through the onboarding process with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with a dynamic global team across various time zones
  • Engage in ongoing personal and professional development
  • Provide 1 on 1 coaching/mentoring to team members, usually delivered online via zoom, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
  • Actively contribute to our growing global community.
