Executive Director, Fund Accounting

We're looking for an Executive Director, Fund Accounting. In this role, you will lead the fund accounting operations, focusing on new product launches and the daily management of our open-ended funds.

This role is ideal for a senior professional with a Big 4 public accounting background who has recently transitioned to an in-house fund accounting position and/or a role with a fund administration company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily NAV (Net Asset Value) strike and reporting for a portfolio of open-ended funds.
• Lead and manage the fund accounting team.
• Play a key role in the successful launch of new fund products.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and fund administrators.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in fund accounting.
• Strong experience with open-ended funds and daily or weekly NAV.
• Proven experience in new product launches.
• A background in a Big Four firm or a fund administration company is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
