Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with our organizational goals. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure that all aspects of our events run smoothly and efficiently.

Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
Manage event registration and participant communication.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Assist in the preparation of event budgets and track expenses.
Support the setup and teardown of events, including logistical arrangements and physical setups.
Help create promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
