We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and that each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company and client events

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm logistics

  • Support event setup and teardown

  • Prepare and manage event materials, schedules, and guest lists

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution

  • Assist in tracking event expenses and post-event reporting

  • Collaborate with the events team to brainstorm new ideas for engagement and improvement

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event planning, coordination, or support

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
