Blue Print Out is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring each one runs smoothly from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, both internal and client-facing

  • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendor communication, and event materials

  • Support the events team with scheduling, timelines, and budgets

  • Prepare and maintain event documentation such as checklists and reports

  • Ensure all event operations meet quality standards and client expectations

  • Handle day-of-event responsibilities including setup, registration, and client support

  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and participants

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event planning, administration, or coordination preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
