Position Overview:
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Manager to support and lead nonprofit fundraising and outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on, in-person role designed for individuals ready to take on responsibility, lead small teams, and learn the fundamentals of cause-based marketing and fundraising strategy.
As an Entry-Level Manager, you’ll learn how to run effective nonprofit campaigns from the ground up. You’ll begin by mastering community engagement, then quickly progress to managing events, mentoring team members, and driving campaign results. No prior management experience is required—we offer complete training and career path support.
What You'll Do:
Represent nonprofit clients at live events, community outreach locations, and pop-ups
Lead and support a team of outreach associates at events
Drive campaign goals including donor sign-ups, public engagement, and brand visibility
Ensure team performance, professionalism, and compliance with campaign standards
Track campaign data and report on performance to senior leadership
Collaborate with internal staff to plan and execute event strategies
Contribute to team development, training, and morale
Who We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and leadership potential
Comfortable working in public, fast-paced, face-to-face environments
Passionate about nonprofit causes, community building, and making an impact
Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take initiative
High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership, sales, or marketing experience is a plus but not required
Must be coachable, team-oriented, and hungry for growth
