As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include engaging with customers, facilitating communication across departments, and assisting in the development of communication strategies. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide information and gather feedback.
• Assist in the development and distribution of communication materials.
• Maintain and update client databases and communication logs.
• Collaborate with team members to create effective communication strategies.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare reports on communication outcomes and engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and communication tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
