Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in updating and creating client accounts, building strong relationships, and providing customer support/service. This position is a good opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in account management, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, solve billing issues, and provide product/service information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, finance to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Attend client meetings and engage in networking opportunities to enhance client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
