Reporting Structure: Reports to Customer Support Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Email Specialist ( Chat Support) to join our remote team at FXBC Mid North Coast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through email and chat channels, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat
  
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers and users
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  
• Previous customer service experience preferred
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software programs

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or chat support
