Electricians Needed – Residential, Commercial & Service Roles (Western NC: Asheville and surrounding areas)

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled electricians for multiple roles : Residential Electrician, Commercial Electrician, and Electrical Services Technician . Join a team that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. These are not entry level roles. Applicants should be able to complete projects independently and meet deadlines while delivering top-quality work. These are field positions with clients located in and around the Asheville area.

Note: Out of area applicants who are open to relocating to this very desirable area of North Carolina are encouraged to apply if they meet the requirements below (See Requirements Section).

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (residential and/or commercial).
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Ensure compliance with NEC codes and OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Electrical experience: 4-7 years (5+ for senior level positions).
• NC Limited License (minimum) or City of Asheville Journeyman's card (preferred). Note: equivalent out of state licence acceptable if applicant is willing to obtain NC Limited License or City of Asheville Journeyman's card within first 6 months of hire.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Able to routinely perform physical requirements (lifting, bending, climbing, color differentiation).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience leading crews and managing projects required for senior level positions.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Day shift
• 4 day 10-hour shifts
• Overtime as needed

Pay:

$24.00 – $34.00 per hour (based on experience)
