We are currently seeking a Dynamics CRM Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

• Provide expert-level support for Dynamics CRM applications across different versions
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to CRM configurations, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
• Perform in-depth analysis and resolution of performance bottlenecks, system errors, and integration issues.
• Good understanding on customizations, such as custom entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Oversee integration between Dynamics CRM and other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, third-party applications) via tools such as KingswaySoft, Scribe, or custom APIs.
• Manage data migration and data integrity, ensuring seamless data flow between CRM and other systems.
• Monitor and manage data quality, ensuring data consistency and accuracy in Dynamics CRM
• Lead the resolution of high-priority incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability.
• Manage system upgrades, patching, and version updates, ensuring compatibility with existing customizations and integrations.
