Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled and motivated z/OS Developer to join our growing team. This role focuses on the development of z/OS components that bridge mainframe systems with modern web-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM’s z/OS Connect software and a solid background in mainframe technologies, particularly CICS and COBOL. This role involves close collaboration with architects and solution designers to implement defined components effectively. The developer will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment. A key part of the role includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to z/OS Connect and mainframe integration. Additionally, the developer will contribute to various development efforts, adapting to different project sizes and team structures.
