Job Description:

The Desktop Support Engineer at Lehman Website Design and Marketing will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems and a passion for customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and software
Provide technical support to end users for hardware and software issues
Ensure all desktop systems are up to date with security patches and software updates
Collaborate with IT team to resolve network and connectivity issues
Create documentation and training materials for end users
Manage and prioritize help desk tickets

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT role
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Desired Experience:

Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
Familiarity with web design and digital marketing concepts
Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $56,000 per year
Maximum Salary: $176,000 per year
Currency: USD
