Dr. Tipton & his team are searching for a motivated Dentist (DDS or DMD) that is ready to take on a leadership role within his thriving practice. Jefferson Dental has been serving the community since 1978 & is ready to bring on an Associate or Partner that will take on the role of the primary provider within the practice. Jefferson Dental is located just 35 minutes outside of Knoxville, TN. Working at Jefferson Dental you will have the best of both worlds - a small town community close to a large city.
A lot has changed over the years - but one thing remains the same: Dr. Tipton & his team are trustworthy, loyal, helpful, and friendly. We are looking for a respectful & hard-working Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join our team & continue the legacy we have created.
Qualifications:
-DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
-Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
-Ability to maintaining state required insurance coverage
-1 years of experience in General Dentistry
Compensation / Benefits:
-You will either be paid a Percentage of Collections or a Competitive Base Salary.
-Up to 4 weeks of time off per year.
-Established team built around you that have a proven track record for being professional and committed to patient care.
-Autonomy to hire & develop additional team members.

-Ability to take over the leadership role & become the primary provider within the practice and become a partner or owner in the practice.
