What You Will Do - As an Intern you will be paired with more experienced engineers in performing Cyber Engineering.
- This position is for a summer intern to support the C2BMC with the X-Lab Resource Management Area on the C2BMC Next Program. The selected candidate will be given tasks appropriate for their level and will work with mentors to develop their skills as needed.
- Coordinate with cyber security team creating documents to configure an experimental lab for test to further the development of C2BMC capabilities.
- The selected candidate will be paired with more experienced Cyber engineers to authorize account access, accomplish vulnerability scans, and manage cyber tasking order to protect or systems and networks from unauthorized access, cyberattacks and business disruption.
- Intern will be expected to work with mentors in developing their knowledge and skillset as needed.
- No travel requirements.
What You Will Learn Hands-on experience in Cyber Engineering. Experience With Troubleshooting Windows And LINUX Platforms Gain experience with cyber development, cyber testing, or cyber integration. Exposure to cybersecurity engineering and DOD Systems. Decision support and tactical instruction in a professional setting. Qualifications You Must Have - Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- Must have completed two years of full time equivalent progress toward a degree.

Qualifications We Prefer - Pursuing a degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Exposure to AI in cybersecurity
- Exposure to frameworks (NIST or MITRE)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of collaboration and initiative.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability and innovation in problem-solving.
- Prior experience or coursework related to systems engineering.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
