Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across various channels. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism. - Manage email correspondence effectively, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer concerns. - Utilize data entry skills to maintain and update customer information and records. - Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs and provide relevant information. - Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. - Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests to meet customer expectations. - Use Microsoft Excel and Word to generate reports and track customer interactions. - Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow in customer service operations. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required. - Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively. - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
