Location: Farmers Branch, TX (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $30/hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to support a client’s inside sales hiring during a temporary leave coverage. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and has a proven track record in sales recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for inside sales positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring goals, and candidate profiles.
- Conduct structured screenings and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and scorecards within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or sales-focused environments.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding recruiting goals under tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to identify and evaluate high-performing sales candidates.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
