We are currently seeking Construction Laborers - Operator Assistants to join our team in Tempe, AZ . As a Construction Laborer - Operator Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Truck Operators and CCTV inspection operators with setup at the job site and supporting them throughout the job, which may include driving a support vehicle with equipment. The Laborer will also work effectively with supervisors and peers in the successful rehabilitation and repair of a variety of sewer and storm water lines. This position requires working with minimal oversite while still adhering to instructions closely. We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout. The starting pay is $20.00-$22.00 per hour dependent upon experience.
