Job Description

Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofs using various materials such as EPDM, TPO, Built up.
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements.
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.
- Apply waterproofing materials to prevent leaks and ensure the longevity of the roof.
- Use power tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install roofing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and according to specifications.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills:
- Experience in caulking, remodeling, trim carpentry, and roof installation.
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment commonly used in roofing projects.
- Knowledge of tile laying, masonry, metal stud framing, maintenance person tasks, and carpentry techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and precise installations.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
