Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care Technician (PCT)
Location: Neptune, NJ 07754
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Schedule: 36 hrs/week (3x12s) | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every other weekend required
Type: Contract | Local or Travel

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an exciting Travel and/or Local job in Neptune, NJ. Shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient identification and prepare for admissions, assessments, and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, blood draws, and EKGs with proper technique.
• Assist with patient transport, meals, feeding, hygiene, toileting, and oral care.
• Monitor and document vital signs, glucose checks, specimens, intake/output, and daily weights.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, restock supplies, and prepare patient rooms.
• Respond to call lights and report changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, respecting cultural and language needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Patient Care Technician program.
• Certifications: EKG, Phlebotomy, and BLS required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of CNA/PCT experience in a hospital setting.
