We are looking for an experienced Car Wash Manager.
Responsibilities:
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- -Manage, develop, and staff the carwash, which includes but is not limited to customer service, carwash programs, and safety
- -Create and enforce Carwash employees' schedules to optimize labor
- -Compare and evaluate chemical usage and inventory to suggest the best course of action about stocking the wash with necessary chemicals and spare parts
- -Implement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational wash
- -Develop weekly management reports
- -Maintain a safe wash environment
- -Support employees during high traffic
- -Administer customer damage claims
- -Work with other employees and perform other store functions deemed necessary
- -Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
- -Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- -Expected to work Saturdays
Qualifications
Car wash experience preferred
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
