Job Description

Our global manufacturing client is looking for a campus recruiter. This position is remote, but will entail some travel. It is a three-month contract. Applicants can live anywhere in the US, but EST time zone is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic university recruitment plans to attract top talent for our global manufacturing client
• Attend career fairs, information sessions, and other on-campus events to promote job opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key university partners, career centers, and student organizations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for internships and entry-level positions
• Create and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Utilize social media platforms and other digital tools to engage with students and recent graduates
• Occasionally travel to university campuses and events as needed (estimated 20-30% travel)

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of university recruiter experience or similar role
• Ability to occasionally travel
• Knowledge of campus recruitment strategies and best practices
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
• Ability to build relationships with university career centers and student organizations
