**CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst opening for our client in Charlotte, NC.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 6 months **Overview:** We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in payments systems and a solid understanding of wire processing and ISO 20022. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in Jira, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting large-scale payments transformation projects. **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyze and document end-to-end payment processing flows + Work on payments projects involving CHIPS, FEDWIRE, and SWIFT + Support ISO 20022 implementation through detailed business and technical analysis + Create epics and user stories in Jira to guide development and testing + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements + Develop technical documentation and implementation plans + Provide project tracking and status updates, managing timelines and risks + Communicate clearly with both business and technical teams **Required Skills:** + Hands-on experience with payments projects + Deep understanding of CHIPS, FEDWIRE, SWIFT, and ISO 20022 + Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering + Proficient in Jira (must be able to write epics and user stories) + Excellent written and verbal communication + Solid project management skills **Nice to have:** + Prior work on payments modernization or ISO 20022 migrations + Experience creating detailed technical plans and documentation + Background in financial services or banking environments Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $ 54.00 to $ 61.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
