Bar Bohemien in Culver City, CA is looking for bartenders to join our small yet strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, friendly, and willing to learn. We are a hospitality first driven company with the desire to teach the right candidates the knowledge needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer & Classic Cocktails
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks with a sense of urgency.
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare measured craft cocktails
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a volume restaurant/bar
• Excellent knowledge of Classic cocktails
• Knowledge of Spirits to make recommendations
• Positive attitude and Hospitality 1st approach
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
