Bar Bohemien in Culver City, CA is looking for bartenders to join our small yet strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, friendly, and willing to learn. We are a hospitality first driven company with the desire to teach the right candidates the knowledge needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer & Classic Cocktails
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks with a sense of urgency.
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare measured craft cocktails
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a volume restaurant/bar
- Excellent knowledge of Classic cocktails
- Knowledge of Spirits to make recommendations
- Positive attitude and Hospitality 1st approach
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
