J ob Title: Assembly Line Technician – Heating Element Assembly (Day Shift)

Shift Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Day Shift Assembly Line Technician to support our Heating Element Assembly department. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a structured, team-based manufacturing environment and are comfortable performing repetitive, precision-driven tasks. Daily performance metrics and quality control evaluations are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive pre-packaged kits containing heating elements and wire harness components.
• Align and connect dual-point contact terminals between elements and matching harness cables.
• Perform detailed soldering operations: dip wires in flux and solder connection points with accuracy.
• Verify solder joint integrity and consistency before advancing the product to the next phase.
• Test each assembled unit using a calibrated testing system to ensure resistance values meet technical specifications.
• Apply heat shrink tubing to all verified solder joints to secure electrical connectivity.
• Route completed units to final assembly following approval.
• Neatly embed all soldered joints into the adhesive zone of each heating element.
• Seal connections with protective adhesive patches.
• Conduct final product tests and apply quality-assured identification labels.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to take on rotating production responsibilities.
• High attention to detail and consistent hand-eye coordination for delicate assembly work.
• Comfortable working in a repetitive, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality output.
• Previous experience in assembly, production, or electronics manufacturing is a plus—but not required.

Performance Expectations:

• Daily performance will be assessed based on productivity, quality, and consistency.
• Meeting or exceeding production quotas while maintaining accuracy is essential.
• Active participation in maintaining safety and process compliance is expected.
