Job DescriptionOur client, a global consumer goods company, is looking for an Apparel Designer to join their team! Specifically, our client is looking for someone with sock and knitwear experience. BONUS if you have hosiery and sleepwear design as well.Responsibilities: -You will be involved in all aspects of the creative process from ideation to final product assortments-Translate seasonal concepts and innovations into products-Design within our client's licensing partnerships-Maintain up-to-date line sheets for design and cross-functional teams-Sketch initial designs and maintain updates made throughout the design + development process-Continuous market and trend research, contributing to product innovation within the sock category-Assist with hosiery and sleepwear as fitQualifications:-Strong experience creating product assortments -Knitwear design background required: socks- sleepwear and hosiery a plus-Experience in licensing -Can work with no hand-holding-CAD experience -Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop-Familiar with the manufacturing process In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
