- 4x10 hour, 5x8 hour, or 12-hour shift

- 2 weeks/month; FT (preferred) - Open to Swing, Weekends, Call Shifts 

• Call Schedule: 24-hour OB In-house call

• Procedures:

- Fac 1: High-acuity trauma, cardiac (CABG, TAVR), liver/kidney transplants, neuro, OB/GYN, thoracic, ortho trauma

- Fac 2: Bread-and-butter surgeries, neuro/spine, GI, minimally invasive cardiac care

• No of Exam Rooms:

- Fac 1: 6 same-day suites, 5 Endo suites, cath labs, IR sites

- Fac 2: 1 procedure room, 5 same-day surgery suites

• No of ORs:

- Fac 1: 17

- Fac 2: 4

• Trauma Level: I (Fac 1)

• Other:

- Willing to work/cover 2 facilities

- Trauma, cardiac, and transplant experience preferred

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active HI License or IMLC

• BC
