Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE: HR), a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT), is hiring a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our Downtown Dallas medical office building portfolio. Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative support including answering phones, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence. Draft, process, and track service contracts and construction agreements through approval workflows. Liaise with tenants, vendors, and building staff to ensure timely completion of work orders. Maintain accurate documentation for tenant/vendor COIs, expense reports, and monthly chargebacks. Assist with regional reports, invoice processing, and lease-related paperwork. Support the Property Manager and other leadership with special projects and operational tasks. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in an office setting, ideally in commercial real estate or property management. Friendly, professional demeanor and strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new software quickly. Capable of reading and understanding contracts and legal documents. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
