*NOW HIRING: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT*

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate records and driving financial success. In this role, you’ll assist with day-to-day accounting operations, help prepare reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts

• Support the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

• Help manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing

• Assist in processing payroll and ensuring compliance with tax regulations

• Help prepare and file tax-related documents, such as sales tax returns

• Participate in internal audits and help ensure compliance with company policies

• Organize and maintain financial documentation for external audits

• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support role (preferred)

   

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Financial Edge, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Solid communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP standards is a plus
